Latchkey

Mt. Clemens Montessori provides a broad and meaningful education for our children which creates a foundation for a lifetime of learning. Our children learn how to learn and they also enjoy learning as they become independent, self-directed, and secure individuals.

Mt. Clemens Montessori offers a Latchkey Program before and after classroom hours. Based on the Montessori philosophy, our Latchkey Program combines an enriched environment with the needs of our extended stay students first and foremost. Snacks, naps for younger children, and extra curricular activities such as sports and social clubs for the older children are provided. Homework time is encouraged for the students after they have been able to release their excess energy from the afternoon classroom session.
